A 12 year old single malt from Teaninich, independently bottled by Thompson Bros. This whisky was distilled in 2009, and eventually bottled after dozen years of maturation with a total of 200 bottles produced. The label art is pretty cool – depicting an orca whale. 
 
Nose: Rich Tea biscuits and milky coffee with vanilla cream and a dusting of chocolate.
 
Palate: Fruit buns and salted fudge with some tropical fruit, lemon peel, mixed nuts and vanilla cream.
 
Finish: Butter toffee, lemon drizzle cake, salted almonds, and a whiff of floral honey.
