This 23 year old Ben Nevis is distilled in 1995, selected by two Hong Kong whiskey collectors - Derek Chan & Jeremy Ma, and then bottled in 2019 by The Whisky Agency, with only 192 bottles produced. This Ben Nevis whisky has a very high quality and balanced sherry flavour, and scores 91 marks at "whiskyfun.com".

Nose: Strong sherry influence. Chocolate, miso, nuts, gun metal and copper coins at first,  lightly bitter herbal notes, black pepper, pipe tobacco and salt-cured meats afterwards.

Palate: The sherry and the distillate are in perfect balance. Dark chocolate, toffee, salted caramel, vanilla, liquorice, caffe latte and soft mix of damp tobaccos. In the same time, there are syrupy waxiness, fruit cake, overripe fruit and slighty roasted wood.

Finish: Long. Gingery, orangey and waxy. A balance of bitterness and soft fruity in the aftertaste.

香氣：雪莉桶的味道十分強。 首先是朱古力、味噌、堅果、槍支金屬和銅幣，然後是輕度苦澀的草藥香氣、黑胡椒、煙斗煙和鹽醃肉。

口感：雪莉桶的味道與酒液處於完美平衡。 黑朱古力、拖肥糖、咸焦糖、雲尼拿、甘草、拿鐵咖啡和濕煙草。 同時還有蠟質糖漿、水果蛋糕、熟水果和少許烤木感。

尾韻：悠長。薑味、橙味和蠟質。 餘韻中的苦澀和柔和的水果味達致平衡。
