It is an undeniable fact that well-aged 90s Clynelish is excellent. This  23 years old Clynelish is distilled in November 1995 and left to age in a refill sherry butt. In October 2019, it was bottled by Signatory Vintage for the Cask Strength Collection with an outturn of 623 bottles. Also, many whisky lovers have an excellent feedback about this batch release.

Nose: Strong sweet sherry, sea salt, oily, mineral and beeswax at first. Citrus fruits and green apples then slowly emerge. Finally, the sherry notes come back again with brown sugar, dark chocolate and raisins.

Palate: Dark fruits, raisins and brown sugar at first, followed by slightly bittness, light sulfur and sea salt. At the same time citrus fruits remain in the background, and peppery spicy slowly emerge.

Finish: Light waxy, bitter dark chocolate, oak and pepper.

香氣：首先是強烈的甜雪莉酒、海鹽、油膩、礦物質和蜂蠟， 接著柑橘水果和青蘋果慢慢出現。 最後，再次回到雪莉酒的香氣，加上紅糖、黑朱古力和葡萄乾。

口感：入口是深色水果、葡萄乾和紅糖，然後是輕微的苦味、少許硫黃和海鹽。 同一時間柑橘水果仍保留在背景中，胡椒的辣味慢慢出現。

尾韻：淡淡的蠟質感、黑朱古力的苦澀、橡木和胡椒。
