A much sought-after single malt with the massive peat-smoke that's typical of southern Islay - but also offering richness and a dryness that turns it into a truly interesting tipple. The 16 year old has truly become a benchmark Islay dram from the Lagavulin distillery.

Color: Amber - gold

Nose: Bacon's meaty, little peat, sweet spices, little salty, seaside. More wood aspects afterwards, sweetness of mature sherry and creamy vanilla.

Palate: Very thick and rich. A massive mouthful of malt and sherry with good fruity sweetness. Quite syrupy in texture and with a rising sweetness. Big, powerful peat and oak.

Finish: Middle-long, peat smoke, figs, dates, vanilla and more syrupy sweetness.

一款備受追捧的單一麥芽威士忌，具有艾萊島南部典型的重煙燻泥煤感，但同時也提供豐富和乾燥的風味。 這款16年的作品已真正成為樂加維林酒廠的艾萊島威士忌基準。

色澤：琥珀金黃

香氣：煙肉、少許泥煤、甜香料和少許海鹽。 之後有更多的木材質感，如成熟的雪利酒和奶油雲呢拿的甜味。

口感：非常豐厚濃郁。 入口有麥芽和雪利酒的氣息，同時帶有甜美的果香，口感好像愈來愈甜的糖漿。泥煤和橡木味很重。

尾韻：中長，泥炭煙、無花果、棗、香草和更多楓糖漿甜味。
