Bowmore 21 Years Old Pedro Ximénez Cask Finish 2019 Limited Release is bottled from a batch of only five Pedro Ximénez sherry butts which were selected by Distillery Manager and Master Distiller David Turner. It is limited to just 2,500 bottles.

Nose: Aromas of tobacco and cocoa, swirling with herbs, iodine and spices, honeyed hints of treacle and beeswax

Palate: Once on the tongue, flavours of toffee and treacle combine beautifully with the bold notes of Pedro Ximénez sherry melded with subtle notes of cinnamon and nutmeg

Finish: Woody notes of vanilla and coconut develop into a lingering smoky balance of barbecue meat.red berries and the faintest traces of sea salt
