This right here is a 25 year old single malt Scotch whisky from the Talisker distillery. Housing a single malt Scotch whisky that was predominantly matured in American oak hogsheads with some European oak refill. Truly spectacular stuff from the beautiful island of Skye. Color: Olivery gold.

Nose: Very smooth and complex. Lilac, banana, tangerines, apple ciders, roses, almonds, smokiness that only old peaters can display, cream, brine and oysters.

Palate: Hint of rose, salted caramel, chilli chocolate, smoky barley and nectarines. Smoked overripe apples and lemon curd plus brine and kippers.

Finish: Long. Oaky, pepper, brine and strong green tea. Smoke becomes sweet on the finish, with a hint of cedar.
