A faultless sherry bomb. This over 7-year-old Kavalan Oloroso Sherry Cask whisky was bottled on November 11, 2022. Part of the acclaimed Solist series from Taiwan's Kavalan Distillery, it's matured in a single ex-Oloroso sherry cask, bottled at cask strength without chill filtration or added coloring for an authentic, intense expression.
 
Nose: Classic Oloroso markers like plums, blackcurrants, cherries, with polished wood, cedar, clove, and aniseed. Rich and multi-layered aromas of dried fruit, nuts and spices, with a hint of pleasant almond and vanilla.
 
Palate: Thick and strong, with robust cognac notes, walnuts, and a sweet-sour balance. Chocolate emerges prominently. Smooth dried fruit and spices; with a delicate aroma of fine coffee that wraps around in the mouth.
 
Finish: Long, chocolatey and lingering, with echoes of sherry sweetness and subtle oak.

香氣：經典奧羅索標誌，如李子、黑醋栗、櫻桃，伴隨著拋光木頭、雪松、丁香和茴香。豐富與多層次的乾果、堅果和辛香料香氣，隱約散發著那令人感到愉悅的杏仁與香草香味。
 
口感：渾厚、強勁，帶有濃郁的白蘭地、核桃，以及甜酸平衡。巧克力顯著浮現。滑順的乾果和辛香料；並帶有細膩的上等咖啡香氣，悠悠地環繞於口中。
 
餘味： 悠長、持久、巧克力味濃郁，迴盪著雪莉甜美與微妙的橡木味。
